WOD 5/26/17

Last week of short, random dumbbell/running workout.  It was a good week.  I plan to do P90X3 Yoga tomorrow before heading to the lake.  Enjoy your holiday everyone and please take a moment thank all the men and women who served this country.  God Bless.

Dumbbell Workout (For Time)
(15 lbs – 5 reps each move – 5 rounds)
Deadlift
Clean & Jerk
Push Press
Jerk & Press
Squat
