WOD 6/7/17

A good run.  Planning on doing one more 3 mile run this week and switch back to the following routine:

  • Run #1: Normal (9-9:30 min/mi) for 3 miles
  • Run #2: Tempo (normal pace with 8 – 10 sec sprints) for 2 miles
  • Run #3: Endurance (slower pace – 10:30 min/mi) for 4 miles

Today’s run results:

Distance: 3.02 miles
Duration: 28:30 minutes
Avg Pace: 9:25 min/mi
